Eddy Arnold (1918-2008) was one of the most successful country music performers of the 20th century. He was nicknamed “The Tennessee Plowboy”. Arnold was ranked 22nd on Country Music Television’s 2003 list of The 40 Greatest Men of Country Music. He performed for six decades, scored 147 songs on the Billboard country music charts (second only to George Jones) and sold more than 85 million records.
He was a member of East Nashville Lodge No. 560 in East Nashville, Tennessee.
